At Olga Valentine, we want you to be completely in love with your sustainable swimwear. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all hygiene liners and designer tags still securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location or courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
